CBT, or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, is a type of talk therapy that helps you to understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected - and how changing one can affect the others in a positive way.

It's practical, goal-oriented, and often short-term.  It can be used for thing like anxiety, depression, stress, eating disorders, and habit change - including things like emotional eating or low motivation to exercise, so, can be used for weight loss too.

Over time, CBT trains your brain to catch and redirect unhelpful habits before they spiral.
